Shipping Rates & Methods
Hong Kong Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of HK$150 for all HK orders, which are sent via FedEx Priority Service.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT / 1:00 AM HKT (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are fulfilled from our UK-based distribution centre.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard International Delivery: 5-7 days (via FedEx Priority Service)
UK Shipping
For UK orders, we use Evri (5-7 days) with signature required upon delivery.
- Orders under £75: £4.50 shipping fee
- Orders over £75: Free shipping

International Shipping
- Orders under HK$750: HK$300 shipping fee
- Orders over HK$750: Free shipping

Delivery Information
Please note that our service is not a named delivery service. Any individual at the designated delivery address may sign for the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders that have been signed for in buildings, such as offices or shared residences.
